Main responsibilities:
- Hire, train and lead an international assistant team from all over the world
- Monitor both individual and team job performance metrics
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
- Ensure consistently excellent customer service and problem resolution in a fast-paced, dynamic environment requiring focus and impeccable communication skills
- Conduct managerial responsibilities as necessary (including, but not limited to work schedules, payroll, and budgetary requirements)
- Assisting with other administrative tasks, when required

Requirements for candidates:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration/ HR or related field
- At least 3-5 years’ work experience in international companies at managerial level, preferably in Europe
- Experience in team leading, coaching and training
- Understanding of online-businesses and e-commerce in general, interest in modern technologies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional ability to motivate employees and foster teamwork, strong leadership skills that include being a self-starter
- Proficiency in English

The advantage for candidates with:
- Russian as mother tongue
- Knowledge of Ayurveda /experience in Ayurveda practices
