- Familiar with online property portals like Dubbizle & Property Finder
- Basic computer / IT knowledge
- Following company procedures and be a good team player
- UAE driving License and your own Vehicle is a bonus but not mandatory
- A Strong Attitude and a Hunger to Succeed


1. Source property inventories from property owners, real estate agents, other means and sources;
2. Solicit and compile listings of available properties for rent;
3. Coordinate all aspects related to the acquisition of property;
4. Proffer recommendations/advice to owners on rental rate and maintenance estimates;
5. Provide owners with periodic updates and reports on the status and condition of a property;
6. Achieve the giving targets by management;
7. Be a good advisor for properties’ owners and explaining market strategy and the company’s benefits; 8. Getting properties for investment purpose;
9. Getting properties for management purpose;
10. Closing deals between properties’ owners and the company as per terms and conditions of the company & as per Dubai laws ;
11. Getting all the information regarding properties;
12. Advise property owners of market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters;
13. Compare a property with similar properties in the market to determine its competitive market price; 14. Visit properties if need to assess them and collect full details of property which includes photo shooting;
15. Attend to enquiries professionally, to maintain a high standard of service, and to update the data base constantly;
16. Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office;
17. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office;
18. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
19. Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries;
20. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
21. Liaise with departments and provide clerical support.
22. Keep reporting day by day all information and relating works and duties to management always.
